简介:
孔凡栋,男,山东菏泽人,中国海洋大学药物化学专业医学博士,化学化工学院药学系主任,国家基金通讯评审专家,广西科技项目通讯和会议评审专家,中国菌物学会菌物化学专业委员会委员,Marine drugs期刊客座编辑。主要从事真菌活性代谢产物研究。开展海洋真菌次级代谢产物进行系统研究,获得代谢产物300余个,其中新化合物100余个,包括全新骨架的化合物7个。部分化合物显示有很强的抑菌、细胞毒、细菌群体感应系统抑制、抗病毒和磷酸蛋白酪氨酸激酶抑制活性。目前共参与发表SCI论文80余篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者SCI论文20余篇,包括6篇天然产物化学顶级期刊(5篇Journal of natural products和1篇Organic letters)。主持和完成国家自然科学基金和省部级基金等共12项,申请和授权发明专利5项。

研究领域:
研究领域为天然药物化学,主要从事微生物和民族药物中先导化合物的筛选和发现研究。
